Let's shape your vision together. Reach out to me for a design journey like no other.
Welcome! I’m a passionate 3D printer and designer with a knack for turning ideas into reality. My work revolves around creating functional and innovative designs that enhance everyday life. I’m always excited about new opportunities to craft solutions that are not only practical but also impactful.
In addition to 3D printing, I’m the proud owner of a versatile laser engraver and cutter. With a workspace of 800x600 cm and a roller z-axis designed for engraving round products, I’ve expanded my creative capabilities to new horizons. This equipment allows me to explore unique projects, add intricate details, and customize products with precision.
Throughout my journey, I’ve already brought to life various creations such as filament dryers, tool adapters, and even tools to assist with assembling wooden furniture. Each project is a reflection of my commitment to functionality and my desire to help others solve challenges in creative ways.
If you share a love for innovation and utility or have a project in mind, let’s connect and create something remarkable together!
As someone who works with filaments, I knew the challenge posed by humidity—especially with filaments like PVA, Nylon, and TPU, which are notorious for absorbing moisture. This often leads to poor print quality and frustrating outcomes. To tackle this issue, I decided to create a filament dryer capable of accommodating five rolls simultaneously.
The journey began with designing and 3D-printing the pieces that would form the frame. The design was carefully thought out to ensure it was sturdy yet lightweight, and it could efficiently hold multiple spools. I optimized the structure for functionality while keeping aesthetics in mind. Watching the printer bring these pieces to life was deeply satisfying.
Next came the electronic components—the true heart of the dryer. I sourced the parts online, meticulously choosing a reliable heater to gently remove humidity, a smart controller for precise temperature and timing control, vibrant LEDs for monitoring and a professional touch, and secure connections to tie it all together seamlessly.
Once everything arrived, it was time to assemble. Piece by piece, I connected the components, tested the functionality, and calibrated the settings. I made sure each detail was perfect—the heater warming evenly, the controller displaying accurate readings, and the LEDs illuminating the setup beautifully.
After completing the build, I ran a series of tests with different filament types. The results were remarkable—no more brittle or uneven prints! The dryer had become an essential tool in my workshop, ensuring the filaments were always in optimal condition for printing.
This project not only solved a persistent problem but also became a testament to the creativity and innovation that drives my work.
I’ve always appreciated the lightweight design and ease of operation of my Bosch metal cutting saw GKM, but its inability to work with any guide rail was a limitation I needed to overcome.
Driven by this challenge, I decided to create a custom adapter.
The first step was carefully designing the adapter to seamlessly connect the saw to a Milwaukee guide rail. Using my skills and tools, I brought the design to life, ensuring it was robust and functional. Once I saw the potential, I expanded the adapter’s compatibility to work with DeWalt and Bosch guide rails, offering even greater versatility.
This adapter has transformed the way I use my saw, combining precision and convenience, and has become an essential upgrade for my workshop setup.
I bring ideas to life by designing accurate models in 3D software Blende, crafting detailed parts with my 3D printer and laser engraver, and using realistic materials. By integrating functional components like electronics where needed and conducting thorough testing, I create prototypes that closely mimic the final product in both appearance and functionality.
